This is a really great blog post. These are things we need to remind ourselves often, and not get caught up in the small things is important.
One thing that works for Tim and I is deciding upon some things (not important ones) using the rock/paper/scissors game. This way, no one feels they get the short end of the stick and it makes having to decide upon things a little more fun. For example, taking out the garbage. Or turning off the lights.
